I am a cornwall based Wedding Photographer and have a wealth of experience shooting stunning Landscapes and Weddings.
I use this expertise, working with natural light, to capture Weddings in a unique way.
My aim is to give you the best possible reminder of your Wedding Day.
I treat it as a great honour to be asked to cover what will be a very special day for you both.
When you book me for a Wedding, the relationship begins about a month before the wedding day, I will call round to go through a check list of items for the day. I will visit both the Church or wedding venue and reception venue beforehand to get an idea where to set up for group shots and shots of the two of you.
I would also like to spend some time to get some special shots of just the two of you either at the church, reception venue or down the beach for instance.
There are no time limits on a full day Package
Every package includes an on-line gallery hosted by Photobox and a DVD of high resolution images, fully edited and copyright free ready for printing and sharing with your friends.
Your images are never deleted from our secure server, so if your DVD becomes lost or damaged we can replace it so your memories will never be lost at no extra charge.
I also offer Custom designed Photography Books, Framed prints, Acrylic prints and Hand Stretched Canvases up to 60" x 40".
My Approach to Wedding Photography
My approach is relaxed and non intrusive. I produce contemporary wedding images while documenting all the important moments of the day.
Depending on your requirements, I can follow a formal or more informal approach, although most people usually want a combination of the two: most of the traditional photos and a casual documentation of the day. I will include images that the Bride and Groom don't usually see, guests arriving at the venue and candid portraits just to complete the coverage of the day.
I guarantee to take at least 150 photographs but should I take more (I'm averaging about 400-500 images), they are all yours to keep, share and print.
Engagement Photography
For camera-shy brides and grooms, for those who want a dry run before the wedding or simply if you want a few photos before the wedding I offer a 1 hr engagement photo session for £105, this will include a DVD of all photos processed from the shoot and an A3 mounted print.
A great way to remember your day would be to get guests to sign this at the Wedding reception.
This is a good way for me to meet you and put you at ease in front of the camera.
This can be combined with the pre-wedding meeting, and it can be at the place where you are getting married, the place where you met, or anywhere else that is special to you.
The Orchid Package includes an engagement shoot.
Affordable Photography
My aim is to offer people the wedding photographs that they want at a price that they can afford.
All price packages offered by Alchemy Photography have a CD-ROM with Hi-Definition files that you can copy, print and re-print to your heart’s content.
The majority of Wedding photographers do not offer this service meaning that all printing has to be done through them for an additional cost.
I am based in Cornwall, but I will travel to all locations within Devon and Cornwall as part of the package price. I can travel throughout the UK if required but I would have to charge travel and accommodation costs on top of the Package prices, call me for more details.

Events
You won't find me at Wedding Fayres, the exhibition spaces cost around £200, a cost I would have to pass on to you. There are usually several photographers at these events and it is not the best way to make a very important decision for your special day. I prefer to have initial meetings at my studio in Delabole where we can relax over a cup of tea!
